The Query / Update Radio Data Page

When Viewing the radio's Write Protect Status, Key Type and Owner System ID:

• An "Unlimited Access" Advanced Key must be loaded in the CPS (see the System Key Report) and also attached to your computer's USB port.

• Click the Query Radio button.

When enabling or disabling the radio's Write Protection:

• An "Unlimited Access" Advanced Key that has a "System ID" that matches the radio's current Key Type and Owner ID must be loaded in the CPS (see the System Key Report) and also attached to your computer's USB port.

• Make the appropriate Write Protect field selection.

• Click the Update Radio Data button to initiate the Update Radio Data operation.

When updating the Key Type and / or updating an Owner ID,

• An "Unlimited Access" Advanced Key that has a "System ID" that matches the radio's current Key Type and Owner ID must be loaded in the CPS (see the System Key Report) and also attached to your computer's USB port.

• A "Limited" or "Unlimited" Advanced Key which matches the new Key Type / Owner System ID (if being changed) must be loaded in the CPS (see the System Key Report) and also attached to your computer's USB port.

• First select the desired Key Type, then select the desired Owner ID from the drop-down list.

• Click the Update Radio Data button to initiate the Update Radio Data operation.
